A Tasty Recipe For Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
If you are like most vegetable gardeners, you probably grow cherry tomatoes, and, if you are like most vegetable gardeners, you are probably overflowing with more than enough cherry tomatoes. One can only eat so many salads and give away so many. So, what to do with the overflow?
This recipe for roasted cherry tomatoes is so easy and super tasty. The roasting really brings out the sweetness of the cherry tomatoes. It is a wonderful side dish that goes well with fish, chicken and meat.
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt or Garlic Powder
- Several sprigs of Rosemary
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash and place the cherry tomatoes into a bowl.
- Add olive oil and coat the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle pepper and garlic salt to taste.
- Layout tomatoes close together on a cooking pan.
- Set the sprigs of rosemary on top of the cherry tomatoes.
- Cook for 25 – 30 minutes.
